Our packaging guidelines

Here's a quick guide to packaging standards.

Choose a quality box.

Ensure your box is rigid and dry.

2.

Do not overweight.

Maximum weight allowed is 10KG per box.

3.

Avoid empty space.

Do not use an oversized box that is too big for its contents. This can require excessive bubble wrap or padding.

4.

Seal with 'H' pattern

Seal the top and bottom of the box with an 'H' pattern for more secure packaging.

1. What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery?

We cut off by 12pm daily.

2. What if my shipment does not reach by the next day?

We will keep you informed if there is any delay. Additionally, we will compensate you with a cash voucher for our service.

3. What if my shipment is lost or damaged?

You can opt for insurance coverage.
